The Post – Festive Period of Easter

        There are seven Sundays after Easter which are included in the post – festive period of Easter.. They are: The Sunday of St. Thomas the Apostle; The Sunday of the Myrrh – Bearing Women; The Sunday of the Paralytic; The Sunday of the Samaritin Woman; and The Sunday of the Man born Blind, the Sunday of the Holy fathers of the first Nicene Council, and the Sunday of All Saints. As well we have all those Sundays after Pentecost. Included during this  period is Pentecost and Ascension.                                                                             HOME
