Acolytes:

  • are young boys aged 7 and older
  • assist the clergy at the Divine Liturgy
  • take part in special holiday services

We also learn about:

  • the meaning of the Divine Liturgy and priestly vestments
  • the history of our Ukrainian Catholic Church

We meet: the second Sunday afternoon of each month in the church

Our purpose and objective is devotion to our

Lord Jesus Christ through the imitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Code of the Children of Mary:

·         Be an Apostle of Mary

We welcome all children 7 to 12 years of age

We Meet: at the 8:30 & 10:30 Sunday Liturgies

Children participate in an environment rich in Ukrainian Byzantine faith, culture and language. Bilingual and Immersion classes are available. Non-Ukrainian speaking families welcome.

“Sing to our God, sing; sing to our King, sing” (Ps.47:6)

  • We sing for the 8:30 a.m. Divine Liturgy every other week
  • On alternate Sundays we rehearse from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the church basement
  • That’s a commitment of only 1 ½ hours per week

The goal of Bible study is to deepen our understanding of Sacred Scripture and to grow in our love for the Lord.
